The Surefire SOCOM 556 RC2 Suppressor was designed for US Special Operations Command (SOCOM). It did not only pass SOCOM's trials, it beat the competition in every aspect of performance and durability. Designed specifically for use with 5.56mm, with a minimum barrel length of 10inches. Surefire provides the latest manufacturing techniques and materials to product the finest tool of suppressors. It is constructed from advanced Inconel alloys and stainless steel, and CNC laser-welded for durability. The unique baffling design reduces back pressure as well as a sound to match accuracy with extreme quiet when compared to an unsuppressed weapon. It also features Surefire's patented Fast Attach system for easy attachment and removal.
