I recently ordered a BCM lower. Had some communication problems with my FFL. It took a couple weeks to straighten out with a different FFl taking delivery. FTC was patient and understood my email communications and helped by making things easy as possible. Very appreciate of their response and understanding. Will purchase more items in the future. Fantastic people to deal with.
