2. Firearms, Ammunition, and Regulated Items

Freedom Trading Co complies with all applicable federal, state, and local laws regarding the sale and transfer of firearms, ammunition, suppressors, and regulated accessories.

Firearms and certain regulated items must be shipped to a valid Federal Firearms Licensee (FFL).
Customers are responsible for ensuring compliance with all local and state laws prior to purchase.
Additional documentation, background checks, waiting periods, or transfers may be required.
Orders may be cancelled if compliance requirements are not met.

3. Orders and Payments

All orders placed through the Site are subject to acceptance and availability.

We reserve the right to:

Refuse or cancel any order at our discretion
Limit quantities purchased per person or per order
Correct pricing, typographical, or listing errors

Prices are subject to change without notice. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed or shipped.

4. Shipping and Delivery

Shipping times are estimates and not guaranteed. Freedom Trading Co is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, regulatory processing, or events beyond our control.

Risk of loss passes to the customer upon delivery to the carrier, except where otherwise required by law.

5. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

All sales are subject to our Return and Refund Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

Certain items, including firearms, ammunition, suppressors, and NFA items, may be non-returnable.
Order cancellations may be subject to restocking fees or processing fees.

6. NFA Items

Purchases of National Firearms Act (NFA) items, including suppressors, short-barreled rifles, and other regulated items, are subject to additional legal requirements.

All NFA sales are final once paperwork has been submitted.
Processing times are determined by the ATF and are outside of our control.
Refunds will not be issued for delays related to ATF approval.

7. Product Descriptions and Accuracy

We strive to ensure that all product descriptions, images, and specifications are accurate. However, we do not warrant that descriptions or other content are error-free, complete, or current.

Product images are for illustrative purposes only and may differ from the actual product.

8. Intellectual Property
