Knight’s Armament RAS MRE-Model B Rail kit is now available as a limited edition release from KAC’s “vault” program. The design of the MRE handguard came together to integrate with the SOPMOD Block 1 kit, issued to US military in the early Global War on Terror.
  • Free-float design fits the M4A1 barrel to increase accuracy with minimal heat transfer
  • Top rail aligns with M4/AR upper receiver
  • MRE barrel nut is extra rigid to support the added weight of commonly used SOPMOD accessories such as lights, lasers, and optics
  • Upper and Lower rails reverse for lower mounting of IR Lasers/illuminators, keeping the device below the BUIS line of sight
